Requirements Customs House Agent (CHA) Pass (Mandatory). Valid Driving License (Motor Bike). SLPA (RPU) Permit will be an added advantage (not mandatory). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Good knowledge of: Port operations Sri Lanka Customs procedures SLPA regulations Air freight processes Shipping documentation Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and email. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
