Executive – Imports

Responsibilities Handle all aspects relating to imports including: HS classifications Freight arrangements Clearance of consignments Insurance requirements Import regulations Inland transportation Banking procedures Manage import documentation and paperwork. Handle local and overseas payments. Manage shipment costing. Conduct import-related supplier evaluations. Liaise with foreign suppliers, banks, and service providers. Represent the company at Customs and other government institutions. Requirements BSc in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field. Part or full professional qualification in Finance from a recognized institute. Minimum 5 years' experience in the relevant field, including at least 2 years in an Executive Grade. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Experience working with ERP systems.
