INTERNSHIP PROGRAM – GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANIES We are looking for qualified, smart, outgoing and result-oriented individuals who aspire to build a successful career in the insurance industry. As a trainee, you will learn and proactively engage in all functions of General Insurance Companies Application Interested candidates should email: Eligibility Criteria *Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka. *Age below 26 years. *Educational Qualifications: *A First Class or Second Class Upper Degree from a local or foreign university approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka in one of the following disciplines: *Insurance & Valuation / Insurance & Risk Management (Most Preferred) *Statistics / Mathematics *Sales & Marketing / Automobile Engineering *Business Management / Business Administration / Public Administration Pre-Requisites / Requirements *Proficiency in Sinhala, Tamil, and English (at least two languages). *Strong teamwork and leadership skills. *Good interpersonal skills. *Sound IT knowledge with creativity and imagination. *Ability to apply relevant concepts in real work situations. *Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimum supervision. Terms & Conditions *Training period will be one year. *A monthly allowance will be paid during the training period. *Upon successful completion, trainees may be absorbed into permanent positions based on company vacancies. *Candidates should be willing to work anywhere in Sri Lanka as required by the company.
